My sheets smell like dirt the shower was very bad breakfast was not included and on top my tv wasn’t working they said they’ll fix it they never did

Stayed here 1 night and it was such an easy check in and room was very neat. Will defiantly stay here again.

2nd time stay

They are always willing to help and find ways to make sure you are safe, happy, and enjoying your stay. Will definitely keep using this hotel for my visits.

Very nice hidden gem. It's a little loud but you really shouldn't visit Zac to sleep.

No hot water in the shower and staff wasn’t helpful. Pricey rates considering the lousy conditions.

nice staff and accessible
Posted 26 May 2019 on HotelsComfortable and affordable, in an easy to access part of historic Zacatecas. Someone was smoking in the courtyard and the smell wafted up into my room. Room could have used a desk/table.
