"La alberca no estaba en funcionamiento, el área de juegos está muy deteriorada y peligrosa para los pequeños, físicamente las habitaciones no se parecen a las fotos promocionales, las sábanas tenían un olor como a petróleo extraño."

"TERRIBLE I reserved this hotel to attend a sports event 20 miles from there. When I finally got another property reservation at the location of the sports event, I tried to cancel, but since I contacted them 3 hours after the 48 hours reservation cancellation policy, they denied to make an exception. ..."
