I tried this hotel for the first time last weekend. I booked two studios. They were lovely and very well organized. The bedroom was large and clean. The living room and balcony were nice features. Best of all was the huge bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.
I used both pools which were not large but did the job. I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is not extensive but the food was varied and well prepared. Sitting out for dinner was really nice.
I found the staff helpful and I bought a few small items in the little shop.
It is expensive, in particular, relative to the area. However, it felt safe and very clean. I would visit again.

I loved the view of the lake, the staff were friendly and keen on making my stay pleasant. The oriental breakfast in the restaurant’s terrace was amazing.
What I didn’t like was that there wasn’t much to do in the evening, either in the hotel or in the vicinity

Super clean facility, super friendly staff, amazing gardens and pleasent view.
The only cons are:
Nothing for kids to do, area around the facility is boring and isolated.
water pressure and temperature isn't steady, it continues to get hot and cold while washing
