I have stayed here numerous times, and I would like to commend two employees who deserve a 10 star for their customer service! Nancy and Jennifer are two amazing, caring and totally customer focused when it comes to anyone who stays here! Amazing employees who deserved to be recognized for their dedication! The property really needs to be cleaned up! Trash barrels overflowing, grass clippings all over and having to ask to get the trash emptied is not the customers responsibility! You need to bring back the breakfast at the bar across the street if you want all the loyal customers who have stayed here for years to return! I have seen a decline in the regulars who I have stayed with for a long time! Bring it back and your rooms will fill up!! I stay here 4-5 times a year 3-4 days at a time and what brought me here was the nice breakfast and friendly staff! If you want business, then you need to look at the old owners' ways that kept loyal customers coming back. She always had a pretty full house with the perks, staff and better groundskeeping! I recommended numerous friends to stay here because of the nice breakfast that was offered! Now that you have discontinued it, I may go elsewhere since I can get a better continental breakfast down the street at a cleaner place! I am just one of many loyal customers that is upset about the changes that have been made. Spend a buck make more bucks!

The front desk check in clerk was so very kind. I had arrived around 9pm and never been to Yuma before. She made check I super smooth and even offered me coffee which is exactly what I needed after a long drive. I will be staying at this property every time I am in town!

I love this place due to is historic ambiance.
My room was clean and the bed comfortable, wi-fi was fast and easy to access.
Show water pressure was not great but, not a huge issue for me. It was a classic sunken tile shower.
The downside was the chair and table outside my room, there was an ashtray on the table full of butts & ashes. Also, a big spill stain of "something" just at the entrance of the door to my room, I tried not to look at it.
Lastly, my neighbors had people knocking on their door well after 10 PM, for a minute I thought it might be my door it was so loud. I could hear them talking in and outside of the room for a few minutes. Fortunately it didn't last too long.
I've stayed here in the past and would stay again because of the value, the rooms are clean and comfortbale and the location is good dpending upon where and what you're doing in Yuma.

Have stayed at the Coronado several times in the past. Try to keep my dollars local. But the hotel maintenance gets worse every year. DIRTY parking area and dirty room in general.

New owners. They do not contract with restaurants anymore (shame, it was a nice perk) Pretty run down & prices went up based on how many adults in room??? I had 2 queen beds but when i called, i mention my brother was now coming then I was charged $160 more.
