"Great location for Uluru…. Hop on/off bus service made travel very easy and was free….. Room was good, although not fully equipped when we arrived….very quickly resolved. No pool towels due to laundry delays….not the end of the world but just a bit frustrating. All in all a good hotel in a fabulous location! "

"Large apartments at Emu Walk with good facilities. Not luxury but certainly sufficient for our time there and priced accordingly. Resort has some good facilities and restaurants and all of the staff seemed pleasant."

"This was a fantastic place to stay . It was a lovely surprise. We were right next to the pool and we also arrived around three hours early and we got our room right away . Staff were excellent . A short walk to the main hub of the complex with restaurant, Coffee shop, Supermarket and tourist shops. They even have a post office. The only down side was that excursions were way over priced. If you want a fantastic totally free thing to do one evening , then do to see Uluru change colour to a bright red as the sun is going down. It is the best thing to do in the evening and totally free."

Pleasant stay.

"Hotel complex has many activities, many of which are free. There is a wide range of paid tours to take also. There are a couple of lookouts for sunrise and sunset worth taking. I did not use the swimming pool, but the area look nice. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Food at the bistro was good. There are lots of good shops for souvenirs and artwork."

"Not many choices right near Uluru, and it all felt SHOCKINGLY expensive for what it was ($50ish for a bus ride drop off/pick up?), but Uluru is a sight to see, and this hotel was fine. When we were gawking at the prices of everything, I just kept reminding myself that it must be very expensive to get things out to the middle of the outback. No regrets. "

"We loved our 6 day stay at Sails in the desert. Staff were excellent and the resort was very clean and friendly. Loved the Segway Uluru evening experience and the Field of lights. We also did the morning sunrise tour to Kata Tjuta. We enjoyed an evening at the restaurant at the Desert Sands resort. Tha pool at Sails was beautiful and clean. Room facilities were very good, comfortable King bed, average shower and good air-conditioning. Would definately recommend to tick of on bucket list. 👍😎"
