We love the apartment cleanliness, convenience and amenities in the apartment. However, the elevator to amd from the apartment floor is ver slow and antiquated. Takes min 15 min each way to 21 floor or even 14 floor for reception .

There were some reasonable properties available at reasonable prices. The only issue was that the elevators were often busy.

Too outdated. Look elsewhere
Posted 10 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe location of the property is convenient. Staff was nice. I love that I can do laundry in the comfort of my own room.
Now the bad. The elevator is outdated and moves slowly. So the wait time is unreasonably long. There’s two mattresses in my room. One of them was very hard and uncomfortable. The AC filter was disgusting. I doubt they ever cleaned it. With the sweltering heat wave, the AC kept breaking down. I kept getting error message and had to restart the AC. One night it didn’t work at all and I was sweating all night.
If budget is not an issue, look elsewhere.

This hotel room itself was very fancy and modern with lots of things like a washing machine and refrigerator. But finding the hotel was hard it took us 45 minutes to find the hotel and the front desk was for some reason located at the 14th floor and there was nothing which would’ve told us that at all. The lady at the front desk spoke no English and there were barely any translations into English so you have to fend for yourself to figure out how things work. The shower doesn’t close and there’s a sign that says slippery floor in the bathroom, and also there is no hair conditioner in it. The building was falling apart and cigarettes were littered everywhere.

In downtown Canton, you cannot ask for more. The washer-dryer really dry the cloth, the water heater works well, only waiting for the elevator needs more patience..
