"I am upset not only with the hotel but with hotels.com Hotels.com charged me $63/night but the hotel actually charge all customers $45/night. Not only this after I finished the 6 booked night by hotels.com the hotel itself tried to charge me $63/ night instead of $45/night. Again my disappointment is not only this, when I checked in the hotel refuses to accept me the hotel.com booking and obliged me to deposit $300 and they were so reluctant to return back my money or to inform hotel.com to...

"very small and strange washroom. The air conditioning unit stopped working properly overnight, and around 6 AM it started heating instead of cooling, boosting the temperature to 26 deg. C. I called front desk and a sleepy old lady showed up, looked at me in a strange manner, and turned off the AC, and then walked out of the room and shut the door without saying anything at all. Luckily for me the AC worked properly when I switched it back on, as I did not feel comfortable calling them again....
