"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. It did, however, work well, and was adjustable, which isn’t always the case in hotels. We will stay in Eaton next time we’re in HK but probably opt for one of the refurbished rooms."

"Staff were professional and polite The hotel is very grand with big bathrooms and bedroom. Very clean. We like the Japanese toilet as well . Many eateries nearby. Breakfast had large choices. Very happy stay in all"

"The staff was phenomenal in addressing our multiple questions regarding the MTR, breakfast, taxis, then when we asked to move from a double to a suite. Extra blankets and a heater were brought promptly. The cleaning staff was so kind and even volunteered to do our room earlier/later to accommodate us having meetings with other people in the room. The location was great - close to the MTR, the bus station, to the mall/eating, and walking out to the Ladies/ Market and other eateries. The room itself was spectacular. We were in a double for two nights and learned quickly how to draw close the curtain between the room and the shower :-) . The bathroom was a good size, as was the room itself. The suite was AMAZING. The bathroom had both a a tub and a standing shower option. There were a lot of counter space and hooks. We used the swimming pool for four days, and it was a little mystifying how to walk through a stream of water first to step onto the pool deck, but the rest was beautiful. The locker room with sauna and steam rooms was excellent, as well as was the counter staff extremely cheerful. The only one unpleasant part of our stay had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the hallway reeked of some old garlic smell. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Don't ever stay at this hotel unless you want to lose your money I was one day off because of the date line flying over the deadline. They refuse to refund my money and raise my room rate from 257 to 308 on the day that I needed They refuse to give me a refund they've been fighting with me back and forth and they're lying their ass off about a dates It's been a nightmare dealing with them and they're desk manager do not use this hotel unless you want to fight and lose your money If you make one mistake on their stupid website which doesn't work You won't be able to call anybody they'll sell you oh we're going to give you a refund they're going to give you the refund of the very smallest amount It's been over a month now and I haven't seen any money credits only credits I don't want credits I'm traveling long distance I don't need credit I need my cash back just don't use them They were completely empty when I went in there to book my room and they couldn't all they had to do is change the date on the reservation by one day but no they wanted me to cancel one book and keep that money and then book another room and keep that money so $500 for one night which included in breakfast and then I went down to eat breakfast they said no it doesn't include breakfast That was another $109 for a s***** breakfast just stay away from them"

"Very convenient if you need to layover a night. Ten minutes walking to terminal. Can keep luggages up to three days for free. Large rooms. Not ideal for long stay because transportation is costly and take longer. Highly recommend this hotel for layover. "

"Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Mong Kok. Great transport links with the MTR just across the road and the airport bus stop 5 minute walk. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff I encountered, were friendly and courteous."
