Spacious room with separate toilet bowl, wash basin and shower area. Includes a buffet breakfast (located at 2F of Crystal Resort) which overlooks Sun Moon Lake and Ita Thao Pier. However, the cooked food were cold even though there is a warmer underneath each chafer. Price was also on the high side.

The toilet enclosure is amazing curtain. Not much privacy.

Hotel location is good. Near the pier. However no 24 hours service and need to go to their nearby hotel for breakfast.

Overall a pleasant stay with good privacy and the breakfast was wonderful with Great Lakeside view. Definitely worth coming back again.

The room is too small.

The room is too small with an open toilet which quite surprise me. Other facilities in the room is nice. The breakfast is of hotel quality. But the hotel room with no window and open toliet is quiet unacceptable with such price.

No privacy doing private business in room

Pros: Cleanliness, proximity to the pier. But Ita-Tsao is a small "town", all hotels are close to the lake.
Cons: The shower cubicle is a joke. It should be removed and replaced with a proper bathroom.
Location: There are a couple of streets line with the usual shops cater exclusive for tourists.
The bathroom is separated with a flimsy curtain, the toilet is translucent. Not an issue if you travel alone or if you and your companions are comfortable in revealing your private business. The room is windowless but clean. There is no staff in the evening as they pack up and close shop. Breakfast is at the sister's hotel, which is a couple of minutes walk away towards to lake. That hotel facing the lake should have been a better choice for us.

Far, obscured but nice

The reception counter is not within the hotel itself but hidden in one of the shophouses about 5 to 10 min walk from the hotel. There was no porter to help to carry the luggage and we were given a room not within the hotel itself but one of the rooms in the shophouse, reason given being that we had purchased at a cheaper rate. The hotel is also located across the lake far from the main station. The room is new and comfortable though.
