This hotel was absolutely amazing! It is one of the most well staffed hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are gracious and kind and beyond helpful. The buffet was absolutely amazing. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. The view from our room was breathtaking. The entertainment was excellent. This hotel was perfect in every possible way. I wanted to share some thoughts on the hotel. It boasts a beautiful lakefront location with excellent views. The food, particularly the breakfast, is fantastic if you enjoy traditional Taiwanese cuisine. If you have your own car, getting around from the hotel is quite convenient. However, finding a taxi can be challenging; we were fortunate to get one to and from the hotel. Be prepared for a potentially long wait if you plan to rely on taxis.

Good to have the check in done on the hotel shuttle bus, upon arrival one would just need to go straight to the assigned room without the waiting at check in. Was worried given Taiwan’s humidity, the hotel would smell moldy however my worries was unfound. Service is considerate, example, 1) they would call to check in reminder for dinner. 2) they would have someone in the elevator (guest floor) to minimize guest waiting time to expedite check out Only qualm is the repetitive items at buffet dinner, otherwise it is a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Wonderful hotel that is well set up for kids but also very relaxing for adults. My husband and I stayed here for one night and wish we’d booked a longer stay. Breakfast had huge variety and everything was delicious. We’ll be back.
