"Really cosy and gorgeous little cottage! Bedroom was really comfy, ceiling a little low in parts if you’re 6.4’ and above! Breakfast was a nice easy fix. The view was excellent and the shared gardens were peaceful. Lawrence was helpful and welcoming."

"What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive...

"First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. "Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay."

"Staff service was fantastic, the rooms were good, however I was in a handicap room which wasn't a problem but due to the way the hotel is structured, again a good thing, the handicap room is closest to the reception area so at night and morning there was a relative constant footfall of guests passing the room, not being noisy but not being quiet either. potentially could do with additional soundproofing for this room."

Super friendly and helpful staff!

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Gave us a place to store frozen breast milk for my little one. Gave us extra pillows as needed and extra towels, and reassured us that the desk is manned 24/7 if we needed anything else. The blonde lady we saw originally made sure that she handed over all the info regarding the milk storage to the next staff member so we didn't have to keep reiterating it, would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is situated slap bang in the city centre directly across the road from the station. The staff are always awesome, friendly, polite and generally engaging and efficient. I have to say the breakfast is top class, love breakfast in this place. Another pleasant stay."

Enjoyable stay, excellent friendly staff.

"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary snacks with our evening drink was a nice bonus. We would have eaten at the Ibis but the day we chose the main chef wasn’t in and the restricted menu for that day didn’t have a vegan option. The Ibis was situated just off the main road but we didn’t get any road noise, the car park wasn’t full and we were able to charge our car easily. The park and ride is opposite if you don’t want to drive, "
