"For the price, I expected better. I used to be a gm for a luxury historic hotel, so I am very familiar with the hospitality industry. The Ahwahnee is a beautiful property. The wait staff, valets and bellmen were excellent. The concierge was rude and rather snotty. (I believer her name was Michelle). ..."
