Roaches roaches roaches in two different rooms assigned on the third floor 312 and first floor 102. And not just one roach but several with one having babies on its back! Disgusted me so much I just left and stayed at the Hampton Inn which was much cleaner. Not booking anymore hotels that have kitchenette’s because they do not clean them enough to eliminate roaches. Waiting on a refund requested but they will more than likely keep my money!!! Shameful!!!

My room (115) was right near the front lobby and the elevator. I could everyone coming through late night, which caused me to wake up several times throughout each night. I recommend that before assigning this room, please ask if the guest is okay to be near the lobby and elevator as there is more foot traffic than other rooms. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

The staff was very nice and understanding but the rooms itself STUNK SO BAD . I MEAN THEY SMELLED REALLY BAD . The over all stay was okay . But I wouldn’t go back simply because the rooms stick and they were really dirty . There were stains ON THE CURTAINS . Like how . Stains on the floors , you do not want to bring a black light with you okay ?

Clean but otherwise not worth the visit.
Posted 6 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe arrived around 7 p.m., nobody was at the desk. We waited for 3-4 minutes and somebody walked behind the counter holding a bunch of laundry (looked like wet bedsheets) that she carried out of view. She came back to the counter and gave a basic version of customer service that doesn't get a complaint, but lacked a certain warm welcome that you hope for when visiting a new hotel. Sometimes it's artificial or it's phoned in. This time is was a bland mix of "I don't want to be here" but "I don't intend to get fired". It was the lowest version of adequate, but still adequate.
The room smelled dank, like mold/mildew. Our noses adjusted and we would forget, until we went out and came back. It got worse every time, but we kept getting use to it. Probably should have switched rooms. The room itself, including linens, towels, kitchen, fridge, and bathroom, was pretty clean. There was somebody's smashed black sock or underwear we discovered under the corner chair when we were packing to leave. We left it there. The shower pressure was poor. Usable and disappointing. Pillow were made of a new kind of memory foam, the kind that are very puffy at first, but so flat when you lay your head down, all you have left are memories of what it's like to have had a pillow. The bed itself was super comfy, like sleeping on a dream.
The hallway reeked of pot on day 1, but gone by day 2.
We checked out earlier than originally planned. Checkout at 2 a.m. was A+ and that person was kind and sweet.
