We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool facilities and we were greatly disappointed when we arrived. The pool area is disgusting. Paint is peeling tiles falling off. The pool was fairly small and the waterslide wasn’t in order. The side is only in order 3 days a week but there was no information indicating that on the website.

Everything was great except the bed was very flattened and uncomfortable.

Wifi cut in and out every 2 minutes, no cable on TV and there was about 10 flies in my room and someone slamming an exterior door that shook my room every couple minutes - i think staff. Horrible stay.
