I booked the room we chose because it had a jetted jacuzzi tub but we could never get any hot water, very disappointing

It had a scent of sewer in the lobby. There was only one clerk to check everyone in and it was really busy so you had to wait quite awhile. The rooms don't have much for lighting. There was no hot water for a shower. The shower handle was so corroded, it felt like you were going to break it to turn it on and the bath didn't drain when showering so you were standing in a pool of water. The breakfast was not great. For the price of the hotel, you shouldn't have to eat with wooden utensils. We were there while a hockey tournament was on. The hotel was fully booked and there is not enough room in the breakfast room to house a full hotel. The beds were comfortable.

The property and Hotel was fine. The big problem was that my Husband booked this room because YOUR (EXPEDIA) information on the room we booked at the Quality Inn in Yorkton, Saskatchewan shows pictures of a large jetted corner tub in the room we booked through Expedia. My Birthday is December 31st and my Husband wanted me to have that corner jetted tub in the room on my birthday for me. On arrival at the hotel we were informed by reception that the corner hot tub rooms were all booked. As we had already paid for the room through EXPEDIA we did not have a choice but to stay anyway. I have a screenshot of your (Expedia) information on the room we booked which shows the corner jetted tub in the room. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Not a good place for sure. Aweful breakfast, and I woke up at 6 AM due to burning fuel smel and smoke of trucks parked in the parking area close to ro window
