The location of this property is excellent for getting around York. Everything is walking distance. Having car parking is great too. It is advertised as having Wi-Fi but the speeds are below 1Mbps which makes it unusable. We were told it is being upgraded in 2 weeks but in it's current state it is pointless.

Thank you for your review, we agree our location is quite excellent. We are hoping for our Wi-Fi to be upgraded in the very near future, as we understand it is not currently suitable and we do apologise for the inconvenience.

The property was excellent. It should have been made clearer by Expedia that parking is not automatically included and needs to be pre booked and is only free if available.

Well worth the money.
Posted 5 Jul 2024 on HotelsLovely place to stay, and very comfortable and near the city centre. The Wi-Fi isn’t great, but if you are using the apartment for a base to visit York, it shouldn’t matter.
The information folder was great and very useful for those new to York.
It was a shame that there was limited free parking on site. Fortunately it was only the last evening/morning we had to find another car park to use which are charged, so please be prepared for this.
Would definitely return though if visit York again.
