Very friendly host and staff. Room good for what we paid. Pub has some wonderful period features including the bar itself. Breakfast was one of the best full English we have ever had. Only had the one night as a stop off but it did the trick.

We have stayed at The Lighthorseman numerous times and always had a pleasant stay. The manager is very friendly and obliging and its an easy walk into the city centre. Very good value. See you next time.

Great location to all the amenities its just a 10 minute walk into the town either by the river or along the main road, very friendly staff and lovely clean rooms,i would definitely reccomend..

Had a comfortable enough stay here and the staff were amiable, polite and willing to assist with any requirements. I would book this location/venue again.
