Although we visit York often, This is the first time staying at the exhibition, the staff were very friendly and helpful from arrival until we left, especially Joe who checked us in and showed us to our room. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming. After just one night there we booked to come back and stay again!
