Cockroaches in the room, party being hosted in the parking lot, room smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was unfriendly, it was an extremely poor experience.

Dear guest: We are sorry to hear you were not happy and we did not meet your expectations. There are housekeepers, front desk, and maintenance staff, we apologize if they were not friendly, which surprises us. About a "party" in the parking lot, they are not allowed and we also apologize for this experience. Regarding the cockroaches in your room, our rooms are treated regularly and sometimes you can see them coming out, which is very unfortunate. We do not allow guests to smoke inside the rooms, balcony, or stairs, our parking lot is the designated area to do so. Sadly some guests do not follow the rules and get charged for this violation.. Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us.

Very dirty and roaches in the room

There were bed bugs, broken wooden floor, Vomit on this stairs and the representative did nothing. Filty room, the sis did not change the sheets that we're dirty. The stairs and property is filthy and smell of smoke. Bed bugs

We must clarify to you, that there was no bed bug activity in your room and we have no record of this situation being informed to our staff at any moment during your stay. Regarding the sheets, you stayed for 1 night and then renewed your stay for a second night. We would have gladly changed your sheets if you would have asked. The vomit on the stairs situation was taken care of by our housekeeping staff. We apologize for the smoke smell. Our smoking guests have to smoke in the parking lot. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us.
