Everything about this place is unique and comforting.
The staff are an asset to the company and the stay was above and beyond my expectations.
The team worked wonders for our special occasion and we are now going to be making this our yearly visit.

Great stay. Great staff, great restaurant and bar. The room we had was tiny - absolutely no place to put anything, let alone luggage. And we would've liked to USE the desk, not have it covered with a turntable we didn't care to utilize.

Outstanding little hotel, we booked it on a whim and we were not disappointed. Attention to detail was amazing. Perfectly positioned to allow a beautiful walk to the shambles etc. only grumble would be you could hear the usic inside the restaurant from our room which wasnt an issue for me as i can sleep through anything but, it did keep my hisband up.

Completely wonderful hotel! Only note is that the mattress was surprisingly terrible, especially for a suite
But everything else is amazing: the massage, breakfast, style, music, staff… all wonderful

Welcoming and quirky. Staff were all amazing and the baggage pick up from station is a great touch.
We had lovely cocktails in the bar, yummy breakfasts and the free pantry was a sweet idea!
