Brilliant stay & very helpful staff. Izzy replied to my messages through the app & the team arranged a nice birthday surprise. The hotel is lovely & well-located. The room was great & we took advantage of the drinks voucher, instead of getting our room cleaned. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel and we enjoyed our brief stay. We did report a light in our room which wasn’t working and it was never attended to. Also reported pillows were not comfortable. Bar service was not the best. Items not stocked and had to ask repeatedly for things. We would stay in this hotel again and just minor things about the service.

Excellent stay in York.
Very excellent service. Lovely hotel. Very clean. Close to the train station and close to the tourist bit of York...but far enough away to be a lovely respite. Strangely no beer on tap at the bar but they do have beer in bottles and pubs close to the hotel.
