The staff are all freindly and helpful the ros are clean and tidy the breakfast was good and plenty of it .the bathroom in room hasnt got an extractor when i had a shower everything was covered in condensation also full toilet need upgrading and toulet bowl needs bleach amd a good scrub

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Excellent experience. The breakfast was delicious and there was more than enough selection. We were visiting from Canada and spent 2 nights here. We did not have a vehicle but found it easy to use UBER. It was nice that we were able to get at drink and the small bar when we came back from a long day of site seeing.

Staff could not do enough for us. Breakfast very good. We left car and used taxis to get back and forth into York… worked well no fuss with traffic or parking then. Good location but not if you want to walk as it’s on the outskirts but knew that. I’d stay again

Double bed not really for a couple
There is a drain problem causing a stink. Air freshener being used to try and hide it. Bed uncomfortable compared to Premier Inn. Staff were cheery and polite.
