Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. I would be inclined to make these apartments my go to place for any future visits to York.

Apartment was very noisy
You can hear absolutely everything from people walking up and down stairs and people on top banging doors and walking about.
If your looking for quietness to sleep then this is the place
The apartment itself is good but could do with a freshen up with paint and noticed a lot of cobwebs on ceilings
Comfy bed and great area
Would I stay here again ?
No due to it being very noisy

Hi David All our apartments are located very You did stay on an exceptionally busy week and there would have been more noise than usual. Most of our bookings are single night stays and there is consequently more footfall than for longer let accomodation. If you had spoken to reception during your two night stay we may have been able to move you to a quieter apartment. We have spoken to housekeeping to keep a look out for cobwebs which can appear very quickly at this time of year. We hope you will reconsider visiting us again Kind Regards

Great building in a great location. On the Wall a few blocks from The Shambles and The Minster and other interests including food. Lots of room, nice kitchen, and it was great to have a person there when we arrived. The beds were a little bit soft.

We stayed in Friars Fold and it was wonderful! Plenty of room, extremely well appointed and exceeded our expectations!! I would highly recommend staying there when in York.
