Posted 3 Apr 2024 on HotelsLovely room, set room to15degrees , but it kept going a lot above this , like 20 so got hot and uncomfortable, would we stay again , probably😊 short walk to town, on arriving parking was a night mare, with the park and pay not working when we rang and the app not working either !!! So mad rush to get key to parking area !!!! After spending prob about ten mins trying to sort a temp parking ticket , so quite stressful!! But not the chocolate suits fault !
Room lovely as said but bits of damage were the skirting had come away , floor in kitchen had been cracked and heating issue ,
but would stay again x

Quite difficult to find initially as sat nav took us to the wrong side of the canal. Once settled found the location excellent for most attractions and amenities.

I loved this property and the communication prior to and during our arrival was fantastic. The only issue we had is some of the dishes were not clean (lipstick and marks on champagne glasses), so we had to clean them ourselves prior to use.
We also were asked to clean our own dishes before we left, which is not an issue, however we were not provided with a dish cleaning sponge. Having a sponge would have made this easier!
Overall really enjoyed our stay and the location.

Posted 3 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe site is convenient, at walking distance to the city centre and tourist attractions. Facilities OK. We stayed for more than a week, the arrangements can be improved by having arrangements for exchange of towels. Generally good experience. Will return.
