Some of the appliances in the room didn’t work. We called for maintenance to fix the overflowing toilet and they never came. We had left our blended there and called the next day and front end staff said they would call us and they didn’t. We ended up going there cause it was only the next day from when we stayed and come to find out the housekeeper took it and it was in her room. She never reported it and took it as if it was her’s

Only problem we had was no hot water had to take cold showers

We initially had an issue with our room not having any hot water for the shower. When we returned from our day out, it was still not resolved and the heat in the room was not working. Patricia was very helpful and got us moved to a different room which was wonderful. She went above and beyond helping resolve the issue. Thank you Patricia

The place is good and affordable. Needs updates and carpet is old and dirty.
