There was no ice cube tray in the refridgerator and no ice dispenser on the property. I had to ask for a blanket.

The staff was courteous and polite. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to have our pet travel and stay with us. It was a great experience.

Very poor place to stay. Needs a revamp sooner than later. Rooms not properly cleaned between guests, so that we found an article of clothing from the previous people. Shower barely worked and hot water was extremely limited.

They locked the front door ! I was standing outside freezing to death trying to get in at 4am... AND THE FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED!!!! Like it was a prison! I had tp go back to my car to warm up and find a # for the front desk. They had no idea how the door became locked... because some imbecile employee wasn't using their head, that's how!

There was no toilet paper holder, fridge had previous guests food, there was trash underneath the bed, only 1 shampoo for 2 bed room
