"Best homestay experience during our recent trip to Taiwan. We are a family of 10 pax and booked a total of 3 rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Home cook breakfast every morning were sumptuous and delicious. The owners were hospitable and provided lots of recommendation on places to explore in Hualien and must try food and restaurants. "Very relaxing and beautiful stay. All of the staff were wonderful and so helpful. Very family friendly - from the play areas to the pools to meals. Amazing to be able to have the gorge almost to oneself to explore in the morning. Best stay of our 2+ week trip staying in luxury hotels. Wish we had booked a longer trip and we look forward to returning for another relaxing stay!"

"Nice hotel, you can tell hotel really took care of some of the details. If offers bath tub (with relaxing salt), steam bath (with levender smell therapy). However restaurant was not up to to the standards, breakfast was soso, dinner buffet ($1000ntd) was good at all. During dinner we saw some debris that was left at the plate area from breakfast, meaning they didn't do a thorough clean after breakfast? And no soft drinks for it's buffet which was rare as well. "

"The property is located in the middle of farming fields. Clean air and quiet surrounding. You can borrow bicycles (not at the best conditions) to explore the neighborhoods. "這家應是主要經營養生火鍋, 民宿在許多不為人注意的角落, 常有灰塵, 入住時, 浴間漏水孔有一大撮前面客人留下的頭髮, 垃圾筒上方也黏有別人用過的衛生紙。鞋置民宿入口, 每次外出和回來, 皆須在公共區更換公共拖鞋(未消毒, 非專屬), 才能入內, 防疫期間, 很令人擔心。這樣的清潔管理, 辜負了它的房間大空間及大面田野觀景窗。"
