Nice Hotel stayed at Family room which has one queen bed and 1 double Decker bed.

The counter staff are cordial and pleasant. The pizza restaurant nearby — Pizza Maru serves the cheesiest and yummiest pizza ever. Ediya Coffee within the hotel premise at Level 1 is peaceful. Free shuttle to Everland, so it’s convenient too :)

Poor soft service but good hard products
Posted 19 Sep 2019 on HotelsNone of the receptionists smile at the front desk with my three contacts there. Day time twice and once in the evening. The day time reception left my passport at the copy machine when I checked in and did not return or left a msg to me . When I checked out I was freaked out that I could not find my passport. The same lady staff ,she without apologies said to me your passport was kept at the front desk . Again without smile .
We arrived at the hotel at 1030 Sth. And was rejected to check in unless we paid extra . Same token , we wanted to checkout at noon and they asked for extra again . The hotel official check in and out time was 3pm in and 11 am out . Basically u are paying 20 hours for the accommodation which is quite inconvenient.
One young lady at breakfast was the nicer one and she offered us to stay a bit longer to finish our food .
Gym equipment was about moldy.
Overall very new and modern , view was good as well .

It's so good. Near everland. It has two Parking area. One is under the building. Two is outside.

A very new hotel, had a 24 hr convenience store that’s accessible from the hotel lobby and also ediya coffee as well. Just on the other side is a Japanese curry restaurant. 5 mins walk to the everland bus, many eateries around the corner.
