I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. Thank you to the staff for their flexibility and assistance in meeting our unique needs during our stay.
One final note: this area of Japan does not have a lot of English speakers, so if you are an English-only traveler you may have difficulty at this location.

Excellent buffet and nice view
Posted 26 May 2019 on HotelsNice hotel with friendly staff. Great buffet and hot springs facilities. Room had a few run down areas but was overall clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay at other hotels in this chain again.

While this hotel is a bit on the old side, I was extremely satisfied with my stay thanks to amazingly friendly staff, and excellent dinner n breakfast buffet. The only complaint I would have would be the bathroom which could use a renovation, but they offer a great onsen hot spring anyway so I ended up using that instead all the time. Highly recommended!

建物の立地がわかりにくく、看板名が違った為に2度ほど周りを回りました。隣のお宿の方に教えていただきました。（恐らく良く聞かれるのかウンザリした感じで教えていただきました）
駐車場が少し距離あります。
海の目の前で眺望は良いです。
建物の老朽化が目立ちます。
食事、サービス等は価格相応と言った感じでした。
子連れで行くには気兼ねなく過ごせて良かったです。

バイキングは、夕食、朝食ともに素晴らしい。

古い建物なので壁紙の浮きやシミ汚れは全然許容範囲な感じ。それでも清潔を保とうとしている感じが伝わるので良かった。
ただ、浴場の天井や壁の高い位置あたりは目の悪い私が見ても黒カビが目立って上を見るとウヘェとなったので改善して欲しい。
ロビーからも見えるシーサイド側は本当に素敵で砂浜に出るためのサンダルも用意してあったりと楽しめたけど、入り口がある側はファッションホテルや飲み屋が多く客引きの前を通るのはちょっと気まずい。駐車場も遠いので荷物を持っての移動が大変だった。
館内のスタッフの方々はみんな感じが良く、ホテルに入ってしまえばとても良い時間を過ごせました。

ホテルから直接ビーチに出れるのが良かった。浴衣の柄やサイズが豊富で、145cmと低身長の私にも着れる浴衣があったのが良かった。ホテルのバイキングの品揃えが豊富！！朝ごはんのバイキングに海鮮丼があったのはテンションあがった！
