The hotel is a bit confusing to get to but, once I made it, I very much enjoyed my stay

The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the Totsuka station and several shopping areas, including a large grocery store near the subway/train station and many dining options. If you're looking for something scenic or near the big tourist areas like the waterfront, this wouldn't be it; but we wanted to be near family who live in Yokohama, so this was perfect for us. It's an easy train ride from Haneda Airport; and Tokyo Station and Ueno Park in Tokyo are only about 35 and 40 minutes away by train. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Plus it was fun to see a couple origami Shohei Ohtani in the lobby during the U.S. baseball World Series. Very satisfied with the stay.

Ver close to the train station. Next to the mall. Easy to find food. Very far from Yokohama. Not much to see around the area.

The washlet had not worked well. I followed the instructions when I was using that. But, It was unstable. It means that the facility was not working.
