Superb to go around especially shopping mall ,supermarket,bakery restaurant in the Hotel. Lov it

Thought was closer to Yokohama station but anything was 30 minutes away

Very nice hotel with shops and close to the train station. Rooms are a bit outdated, that would be my only complaint.

I was told that distance to Shin Kansen station from
the hotel was about 5 minutes, but it is not true.
It takes more than 15 minutes walking from the hotel.
Very limited service for travelers.
Room was okay if they are a business hotel.

Room large enough. Near train station and a little noisy but overall ok place.
