Excellent property. Rooms are nice, very clean, staff is very friendly, and close to Lazona Mall and train to station!!

I appreciated the hospitality and service provided by the staff. For example, when it was raining and we were standing outside, a staff member kindly approached us and asked if we needed an umbrella. We said yes, and she promptly brought one for us to use. This thoughtful gesture made a lasting impression.
Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I felt very well cared for.

Wonderful staff and hotel. What a vacation hotel should be. In front of the train station and bus station as well and the area offers a lot of shopping, restaurants and pretty much anything that you would want to do.

The hotel was wonderful, the room a good size with a sitting area. The bathroom felt like a spa.
The breakfast available next door was incredible, so delicious.
We had a lovely leisure outfit to use in the room, I asked if I could buy it but unfortunately it was not for sale. I looked all over for the same type but could not find it. I think it would have been lovely to have it available for sale.

Great Japanese hospitality!
We’ve usually stayed in central Tokyo when we have visited Tokyo but this hotel has everything you want and is only 10 minutes from Shinagawa.
Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel with very comfortable beds!!
