The hotel is located in the China Town area (that is, many restaurants nearby) and not far from the subway station. The room was clean but very compact. The hotel staff were friendly, and one of them spoke Mandarin (she is Japanese).

The entrance is easy to miss, down the side of the building, not the front. Check-in is not electronic, it’s by paper. Everything is old and well worn. Even the key cards are reused and worn. The one bright spot was the bathroom, it looked like it was recently remodeled. This is the hotel smallest room I’ve stayed at in Japan. It is in a great area, Yokohama Chinatown, but the lobby and room mattress and furniture need to be updated.

スタッフの対応は良かったが、部屋の設備及び値段については不満あり。 まずテレビのVODに関しては使えなかった。 機器を認識していない様で何をしても動作しなかった。 次に部屋の机や椅子が傷だらけで椅子の素材(合皮？)がひび割れが多く、座りたいと思えなかった。 あと値段、立地の問題である程度高くなるのはしょうがないと思うが、風呂の狭さや朝食が食べれない事を考えると、かなり割高に感じた。 食事に関しては今だけかもしれないが、次はもう予約しないと思う。

ビジネスホテルであることは認識していましたが、ある程度の宿泊費を払っているので、最低限のサービスがなく、かなりがっかりしました。以後は、リブマックスのホテルには宿泊しないと思います。 ・部屋に電話がなくフロントには自分の携帯から電話をしなければならない ・観光地の立地ですが、宅急便のサービスがない。 　宅急便の申し込みの紙もなく宅急便を出す場合のコンビニの案内もなかった ・アイロンを借りにいったが、ほかに貸し出し中とのこと。戻った場合、フロントから連絡して欲しいとお願いしたが、できませんと断られた。 ・テレビのリモコンの動作が悪くNHKしか映らなかった。BSは受信できず。 ・窓はあるものの、外は見えずはめごろしの仕様のため開けられず密室状態で息苦しかった。 唯一、外国人のスタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧でした。
