Very nice hotel and very nice staff. Love that FamilyMart was connected from within so it made going to the conbini very convenient. Area surrounding the hotel was also very nice. Such a lively area with multiple things to do and places to eat. Also very close to the train station and JR lines. Only about 30min out from Tokyo by one train. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends!

It seems one of the two elevators has been out of service for a long time. Weekend prices were very high.

Nice room, very clean. Very friendly staff, just a few minutes away from Kawasakk Starion.

The hotel was excellent. It was clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted me with a quick check-in even though we arrived late in the evening. After check-out, the staff kindly stored our luggage so we could shop around the Kawasaki area before heading to the airport in the afternoon. If we have the chance to return to Japan, we will definitely use their hotel system again.

Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe room was reasonably sized but an in-room safe was no available. This was not a concern being in Japan. It is safe. Everything is just as what you would expect, neat, tidy, clean and comfortable.

Our 5 night stay was very good. Found the location to be very convient for esting out, shopping, convert currency, amenities at hotel and using public transportationd. Used taxi and city bus services.
