i was at BWH 2015 , and i chose to stay here again because of my nice experience i had. its near the train station , taxi station, 3 convenient stores very near the area dining options too. the staff were very helpful and accommodationg. its been 9 years and a little bit old but the cleanliness is still evident. everyday they do housekeeping bringing new towels, robes, even replace my hotel slippers! i leave my room topsy turvy for my activity and return very clean and tidy and can rest at once... over all i will still come back to this place to stay. my only worry when i grow old is that front door dont have access for wheelchair but guest can use the elevator at the side.

Overall it was good, but there was an area between two twin beds that had exposed bare floor where wire and cable was coming out. It looked very unkept, but other than that the hotel was fine.

This place was clean, but the walls need some maintenance. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
