The buffet was wonderful. The nasi gudeg is the best I tried. I also love the bubur ayam. The Malioboro became so lively around 7pm each day. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Service from reception staff was exceptional - a huge thanks to April for her dedicated and personalised service. Love that this hotel does not use plastic bottles and has a water dispenser. Variety at breakfast buffet was very extensive. I enjoyed my stay here.

There was an accident on the 1st night that spilled water on the bed, then the staff named Hendrick changed all the pillowcases and sheets. It was a very nice service. Really recommend this hotel.

It was a big room with a good air conditioner. The hotel is clean, and with excellent service. The room can be a little bit noisy, as this is a family hotel, and the call to prayer will probably wake you up at sunrise. However, those elements of local culture can be quite charming. Overall, if your stay was like mine, this hotel will be a nice retreat from the bustling streets of Indonesia.

Due to covid-19, was not able to travel as flight was cancelled. Request for a refund, this hotel rejected.

The hospitality given is pure class. Staffs are extremely helpful and always ready to assist. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to non-Indonesian speaking tourist.
