They canceled our reservation 4 minutes after I confirmed. We arrived at midnight by train, and when we got to the hotel the staff told us they cancelled because we didn’t not pay first. We would have paid beforehand but we got no notification or message from Expedia about their request. Furthermore, the hotel ended up having to move us to another hotel, which we arrived by 1AM. Though we are lucky the staff helped us find another accommodation, the lack of communication from hotel and Expedia was very unprofessional.

The hotel is good. Very central to everything,
Our room air conditioning is not working properly.
Sometimes it quit and comes on again. Wifi is weak. Cannot be connected. Breakfast is good. Food are top up regularly, overall I will give it 3 stars.

This hotel is conveniently located in Mailoboro the neighborhood you absolutely want to be in. Excellent breakfast buffet and convenience to mailoboro dining options and shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
