Need to improve

We faced issues in the hotel with noisy room / dirty jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and after push they accomodated room change. Nevertheless we found ourselves in a room with no working tv the first night. Breakfast doesnt hzve toaster, you hzve to pay for your capuccino/drinks (or accept free aremnian coffee) The hotel refused any gesture / refund on the first night. They have accepted late check out last day. Overall experience have not been great and service would need strong improvement

However, there are a few points that need clarification: after 1st night we have done Free Room Upgarde and provided you our Art Deluxe Room; we’ve organized Free Late check out for last day as well. Everything good but the pool and jakozi its too cold

Breakfast was really great, room was very good, service good, the only problem - broken sauna and jakuzzi during 5 days, it's too long
