I'm not the Marriott type, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to stay here one night. For the cost of a room, there's nothing there that makes it worth it. I've stayed in much cheaper hotels that had much better comfort, even in Armenia. I found that the pillows were flat the AC was weak, and the telephone that I actually needed for once didn't work. What warrants such a pricy room? Just the name of the hotel? I think that they could elevate something to make a person feel like the price is justified. Maybe include a nice breakfast, or something, but that was extra as well. I'll never stay here or at a Marriott again. The building was nice, but that does not make up for the price. At all. I really regret this expenditure, but as I said, I didn't have a choice at the time.

An Unforgettable Stay at the Armenian Marriott

This was our first trip to Armenia, and we were so excited to stay at the Marriott, given its great location and our previous experiences with their service. It did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, Mariam at reception made sure our check-in was smooth. To our surprise and delight, we got a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite! It was amazing. Lusine at the Executive Lounge was so kind and attentive, giving us great suggestions for places to visit nearby. The housekeeping staff, especially Chand and a couple of others, were fantastic. And Levon, the bellboy, was always quick to help with our luggage and give us directions when we needed them. The breakfast spread was perfect, with lots of delicious options. The room views were stunning, and everything was super clean. I can't stop raving about our stay. We would love to come back. Thank you, Marriott, for making our trip unforgettable!
