We had the best stay at this lovely hotel. Overall the location, staff, rooms and amenities were amazing. This is definitely a place that I would return to again for a future stay.

We called from NY. Asked if everything was paid. The recepcionist said yes. At the counter we found out we had to pay 20 u$ per day plus. The receptionist did not know how to explain why.
Dissapointed but not surprised for a hotel in Tucuman.

We never charge any kind of plus or extra service that was not previously arranged with the guest. Maybe, in your case, that extra that you mean was the 21% VAT, which we have to charge when a foreign pax does not qualify for VAT refund.

hot water would help
Posted 14 Sep 2015 on HotelsNice, clean place. No hot water when I was there. Also had a problem with a lost item there and can't get any help over it for three days.

Perfect place at Tucuman - bussinees and pleasure

Pros: THE RESTAURANT
Cons: the payment system
This is a new hotel at Tucuman, located at Yerba Buena area (fancy area of Tucuman).Hotel restaurant is very-very good (ask for Miguel, the chef and owner of the restaurant, he will suggest you and explain the different meals available, try the gambas al pilpil or the filet with mustard souce). 2-3 Block from there is plenty of bars and restaurants. Night life in the area is amazing (you can go for a Bar or for an ice cream store at 3 am any deay of the week!!, is open...and full of people. Hotel have a good spa (massages are not expensive). The only problem, the credit card system gave me some problems, seems is more a problem of the Argentinian Bank system that the hotel itself...suggestion bring a lot of cash, if you pay in dollars, you obtain a better price in restaurants and other's ($13-$14 pesos per dollar instead of $8 by the bank system). Nice and clean rooms, cable TV, pool (weather is very hot).
