"I have stayed at the Oakwood Premier for many years, and i'm very happy with the services. In particular, the sales manager Kevin Choi and his staff are the best. The 65 Panoramic bar has the best bar staff in Songdo-dong. Even if i'm not staying at the hotel, I will visit to say hello, and have a nice cocktail. Housekeeping are pleasant and friendly and very efficient, notably, Ms. Han Yumi is very, friendly, proficient and diligent with her work. The front desk have the best people working to take care of all the intakes and the discharges from the hotel. This is truly a blessing. Overall, I would give the Oakwood Premier a rating from 0 to 5 as a 10! Everyone goes above and beyond. Thank you all for making my stay very pleasant. "

"Amazing hotel. We love staying here. Location is great for arrival/departure at Incheon. Restaurants were great..good selection. Excellent facilities for travelling with an infant. Crib and bottle sterilizer available. Staff were friendly and attentive. "

"I was a little disappointed with their shuttle running only until 10pm because my arrival was 11pm. I used taxi and the fee wasn't so bad about $18. The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and gave us free morning coffee coupons. Subway and convenient stores are right next to the hotel. "
