I enjoyed my experience at Hotel Leo. The most memorable part of the experience was how hospitable, kind and helpful the staff was (in particular the assistant manager on duty, Helen). Would recommend!

Great property, sad that I only stayed one night but so far the best hotel out of my South Korea trip. The staff is awesome, use your translator app.

Besides the bathroom having black mold, it was in a great location. The website says there’s an airport shuttle, but there is not one. However, the front desk did call us a taxi at 0545 in the morning.

There is free valet parking at the hotel
The hotel concierge was friendly and helpful.
Within walking distance to (5min) to Lotte Duty Free.
Multiple convenience stalls nearby.

Helen at the front desk was phenomenal!!! She was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us in whatever it was we needed! The lobby of the hotel was small but our room was spacious and we loved the location.

Staff were amazing and extremely helpful!!! They helped me make a local phone call and gave me ideas of where to go. I enjoyed breakfast. I was sad the rooftop was under construction. I enjoyed my room, it was spacious for myself. Location is great if signing up for day tours as the pick up and drop off location very close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.
