Quiet, safe location.
Twin bed option was not comfortable. The double bed option was much more comfortable at a previous stay.

Hi, According to your description, the score should be at least 4, if it is 2, it will be misunderstood by others is very bad! Next time you can emphasize that it can only be a queen size bed room, because we only have one, and sometimes when the last guest is late to check out, there is no guarantee.

Did not receive the room A2 as promised at time of booking. It was upstairs with nice wood floors and a window in the room. They changed our room to A6 downstairs, no window and no emergency exit in room, no air exchange, hot and stuffy and very uncomfortable. Beds were okay, same as upstairs. Carpeted basement was old and stained, no secondary exit for emergency in the basement.

Hi, When you checked in, I made it clear to you that because of the previous guests' flight problems, they had to delay their check-out date, so I only change your room, but if you did not accept it, you could cancel it without any fee. You promised to accept and check in. I am very disappointed with your inconsistency. We should be responsible for what we promised.

I had terrible sleep because of the smell above the room definitely needs improving there and only thing i liked was the hospitality and washroom
