"Location, location, location. Right across from Red Theater for the Kung Fu show. Walking distance to Temple of Heaven and subway station. Great value. Room was clean but needs fresh paint. Quiet location facing a courtyard. Nice window seat to read and enjoy a cup of tea. Friendly staff. Minimal English but proficient in using the translate apps because I have insufficient Chinese."
