Nice place. But unprepared!
Posted 6 Oct 2020 on HotelsThe resort was not fully geared up to work after Lockdown. We booked the Junior Suite but those rooms were not ready. So they shifted us to Villas. Unfortunately the door keys , AC and Intercom phones were not working. And these villas are far away from the main building. So had to get back in person and get the room changed.
Not very extraordinary but clean. But one thing the pillows have to be changed. Rock Hard I say.
Room Service again all items not available as staff were not there. But Balaji was very efficient and friendly. The dishes were not bad.
Buffet Breakfast was good. Predominantly a South Indian spread. There the service sucked.
Overall if you are going with an all boys crowd you will survive and have a good time. And book the Villas (lucky we got it because our suites were not ready. Not available on Hotels.com . )

Terrible and Pathetic.

The above happened in the Villa. There is no luxury in this luxury villa. Utterly bad and disappointing
