I was told no room was available even though you had booked. You had to find another place to stay, which is difficult in Yeghegnadzor.

Great place to stay in Yeghegnadzor
Posted 8 Dec 2019 on HotelsThe service was great. Russian was easiest language for me to communicate with the staff. The host shared information about the area, recommended some restaurants, and the breakfast was made just for us like staying in a guest house. The bed was comfortable and the linen comforter was heavy and warm.

Cons: Installing Air conditioning in the rooms.
The hotel had no air conditioning in the room, contrary to what was advertised. It was very hot that day. There was no way we could have stayed under does conditions. Make sure Expedia changes the misinformation. It costed us time and money as we were forced to look for a different hotel late that afternoon and pay additional money to our driver.

Your only hotel choice in yeghegnadzor
Posted 11 Aug 2012 on HotelsThe hotel is new and clean and nice considering there are no other options nearby that I could find. Staff doesn't speak much English, or any at all in some cases, but this is to be expected in southern Armenia. All in all, it was surprisingly nice and would recommend it. My only advice is to bring the photo of the hotel since there are no signs on the building or anywhere telling you it is hotel arpa. Took me ages to find it and finally assumed it had to be the building that looked like th booking photo!
