I enjoyed the hot shower and comfortable bed. However, the slight smell of cigarette smoke kept me awake, as did the curtain dangling which allowed light from the porch light to shine on the bed. When I came in the room, the TV was already on. The reason became apparent when neither of the remotes could turn it off. The front desk clerk gave me permission to unplug it. There was no trash can. Breakfast was deplorable. No milk was available for my bran flake cereal. It was an interesting stay, to say the least.

I didn’t like the bed bugs so this time, my review will be a zero

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We will check into your claim. We do not feel you would have stayed three nights if bedbugs were in the room and not immediately tell staff. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. I left a bag of jewelry in the bed and they called me and returned it to me.

You need to be ASHAMED
MOLD AND MILDEW!!!!
AND U TRIED TO PAINT OVER IT
THE JACUZZI WAS FILTHY
AND SO WAS BATHROOM TUB

There is no paint in the jacuzzi. it is old, so it is discolored.. but it is not painted over in any compacity. As a repeat guest, you know we strive to take every action possible to make sure the rooms are clean and our guests are taken care of. We would have gladly cleaned the room to your liking or changed you to a different room if requested. You never gave anyone an opportunity to help you or correct any errors. We are sorry that your stay was not satisfactory. we have taken the necessary steps with the staff that was over cleaning that room before your stay. we strive to be better today than we were yesterday.

Posted 14 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is in a good area with shopping centers and restaurants very close by. Our rooms were clean and quiet. All the employees of the hotel that we met were friendly and outgoing. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Mississippi.

Do not stay there!. I wished I taken pictures
Posted 13 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe sheets were stained, we ask for replacement. The room was smelly. Carpet was dirty. The courtyard was filthy and had big rolls of carpet stacked in the corner from our room. I’m just so disappointed and dissatisfied! Because of the July 4th holiday I had to pay over $100. Per night. They shoulda paid me to stay there!

All carpets are new, during you're stay we were in the middle of renovations. So the rolls of carpet are new and what was placed in your room before your stay. We are sorry it was an eye sore. All renovations are to ensure the rooms are of a higher standard. We are sorry you felt the room was unsatisfactory. We have taken the necessary actions to correct all issues.
