"This was a phenomenal stay for us!
The staff here (Natalia, Carlos, Diego especially) are truly outstanding. The wait staff were also just wonderful.
We splurged and got a room with a view of the falls and it was definitely worth it. But a jungle view would also be ok because so many of the common areas have a stunning view.
The food is really good. Definitely pricey but very good! We splurged on a meal at their Mercado restaurant. We did the offer of what we call a prix fixe menu and while it was good, it was way too much food. We didn’t try the wines but it looked like they had an amazing selection.
We saw monkeys and toucans and other birds on property!
We were able to get late check out at 2 pm (and could have extended further if we were willing to pay $36/hour). Also, they offered that we could shower at the spa if we needed to and one of us did, which was great.
Taking the Iguazu Jungle trip was also so convenient as it starts and ends right near the hotel. We walked both the Inferior and Superior Circuits - both of which are easily accessible from the hotel. We did not have time for the train but that is also very convenient from the hotel.
This place is a 10/10 hands down. If you are able to spend the extra money to stay here, you will definitely be wowed!"
"It’s clean, quiet and beautiful setting. Like the staff. Very helpful. For dinning we are vegan/ vegetarian so not much choice to choose from. Overall excellent experience."
