Went to Crowne Plaza for the weekend; enjoyed it throughout, staff is super helpful, especially Nadine and Elise at reception, amnd Stephen and her Indian colleague (forgot her name) at the spa area.
Things I would recommend to make the stay even more enjoyable: include breakfast as part of the stay, provide assistance for tourists to obtain their visas.

Stayed 4 nights to watch HSBC golf championship. Had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the course, it was lovely. Hotel was very comfortable with good amenities and good breakfast options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had the worst experience in this hotel. Worse bed setup. The floor was dirty and the bathroom was broken. The bed stands were missing a light lamp and the light switches don’t work. The curtain on the bathroom window was broken and I couldn’t close it to have some privacy. I had the worst night sleep ever in this hotel. And I was a platinum elite member in IHG. Such a disappointment stay.

It was terrible experience for me. I stayed here for 7 nights and my room thermostat wasn’t working so it was always too cold, so I had to turn off the AC. Despite of complaints, it was not attended and never got solved. The staff was rude and hopeless. To make the situation worse, there was renovation going on in the hotel and half of the hotel area was inaccessible.
The staff didn’t have courtesy to accommodate any of your reasonable requests like asking for drinking water glasses in the room.

A lovely hotel. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The only issue, was that the shower would leak water on the floor, which couldn’t be avoided, so we had to line the floor with towels whenever we showered.
The lobby and pool areas were wonderful. Excellent staff service. The buffet breakfast was delicious, great service and lots of variety in food.
Also loved the access to the free Yas Island shuttle bus. A great stay - thank you!
