We lived in Yarmouth for 10 years and it's a beautiful town with so many beautiful things to explore! The cover photo is one I took on Cape Forchu during dumping day!

I didn't expect so much fog but it was a no ce place for a visit in a fishing town. The restaurants were good and not as touristy if you like that.

Excellent
On our last morning, as we drove toward the ferry, we had to stop on Main Street as two deer were walking slowly across the road.

Most restaurant staff in Yarmouth are awesome. As well as other shops. Dinner plate is the Best. Service and food is 5 star East Coast.

Has downtown coastal charm. Has potential. Has a sweet little skatepark a few blocks away.
"Close to the ferry. Staff was great. Room was very comfortable. Atmosphere and appearance reminded me of staying 20 or 30 years ago. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."
"After an inauspicious start, the accommodation turned out to be great. We arrived to find we needed to check in at the attached restaurant with a lady behind a plastic screen, which made the experience feel less than welcoming. The entrance to our suite was off the Main Street up a fairly steep set of stairs. However, after we were shown to the suite by a very friendly member of staff, we were most impressed by what we found. It was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean and had a balcony overlooking the harbour. Parking isn’t ideal - there is a very small car park across the road, and you can park in the street for up to three hours between 9am and 5pm (this time is extended with a guest pass from reception). "
"Comfortable, clean and convenient. Check it was quick, location was perfect, accommodations were clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious!"
"We had an amazing 1 night stay. Arrived past check in time and communicated via phone and email approximate time of arrival. Was not a problem for Cathy. We were greeted by the kindest and friendliest staff. The little cabin was ok for my husband, teen daughter and myself. I would reserve a larger cabin on the water or awesome Domes they have next time. Soon a ship will be avaliable as well,Excellent, clean bathrooms close to our unit. There are more washrooms and showers close by as well. Office/store had camp wood, snacks, supplies and activities if needed."
