"Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings. "

"Easy access and clean throughout. Large studio with all you need for a night away. Clifton Village right on your doorstop. Although parking underneath the apartments, this is for only 6 cars so we were unable to get a space. It would be difficult to get a space on a weekend I would imagine. Parking available in the neighbouring streets where available."

"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property. "Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. "It was chosen primarily because it was closest to family we were visiting for a few days, but also the photos of the accommodation looked fun and location beautiful. We stayed in Shawn, at the very top of a very steep hill, for us townies was the difficult part lol Shawn was very comfortable, small kitchen area, toilet and shower and lovely small decking area with bbq and views! Although we didn’t meet any staff communication was very clear via emails and website. Thoroughly recommend 👍 "

"The owners were extremely nice. They provided breakfast, laundry service and even made us chocolate muffins!"

"Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. "

"It’s home away from home. This apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Communication with owner was convenient with prompt replies. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. "

"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

Large rooms and very comfortable

"I did have trouble getting through to the hotel by telephone before our arrival which took hours but eventually someone answered and was able to answer my query. The rooms were a very good size. We were a family and had 2 rooms next to each other with an inter-linking door which was perfect. Staff were friendly and very good service."

"I was favourably impressed by the hotel staff. In particular, Ioan, one of the barman (an eclectic mix of East London and Wales) was very friendly and helpful even to the point of recommending a local restaurant, which lived up to his recommendation. The hotel is old and looks like it may need a touch of TLC to its exterior but everything worked well enough such as the lifts and the bathroom fixtures and fittings. Overall my experience was positive and I would stay there again. "

"The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. They had done a lovely balloon and card for him and kindly left some delicious sweet treats and Prosecco for us! It truly made it feel so special. Thank you!! I did struggle a little with the constant low hum which I couldn’t work out the source of (maybe fans on the roof?) which did drive me nuts but I’m a light sleeper! Overall excellent! Thank you"
